At C&S Healthcare Services, we are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for adults with developmental disabilities. Our Adult Day Support and Vocational Habilitation programs are designed to promote personal development, community integration, and self-determination.

Program Highlights

Supportive Services

  • Personal Care: Assistance with meals, mobility, and the use of adaptive equipment is provided to ensure comfort and independence.

  • Behavioral Support: Our staff offers guidance on emotional regulation and behavior management, promoting a positive and supportive environment.

  • Adaptive Technology: We assess and develop adaptive tools to aid in vocational tasks, self-care, and communication.

  • Home-Based Services: For individuals unable to attend day programs, we provide supportive services in the comfort of their homes

Service Options

  • Flexible Scheduling: Programs are available for a minimum of 4 hours per day, at least 3 days per week, tailored to Individualized Service Plans (ISPs).

  • Facility Locations: Services are offered at various community sites, ensuring accessibility and convenience for participants and their families.
